Monitoring - In the period 8:47 (CEST) to 12:15 (CEST) we had some delays in processing status changes for charge points.

The consequences of this would be that our reporting on the status of a charge point in the Monta Charge App and in Monta Hub would not be accurate.

The situation is now resolved, but we keep on monitoring our systems.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our existing wallet api endpoints that might result in degraded performance. The team is investigating a fix and remediation for the issue.

Monta also recently released a new version of the wallet api that is backed by a high performance indexing system that offers much higher performance. If you would like to be moved to this endpoint early, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager

Resolved - From 12:37 to 12:45 (CEST) we experienced elevated 5xx errors on the Monta Charge app, and the account selector in the Hub.

Ongoing charges were unaffected during the period, but users may have been unable to track, start or stop charges during this period.

The issue has been resolved.
