We are investigating an issue with sponsored charge points which have added fees applied for the owner of the charge point when a reimbursement is credited. This of course is not intended and we are working on a fix. More updates to come as soon as we have investigated further.

Easee has identified that the issue happened due to their servers restarting unintentionally which caused the chargers going offline. They are looking into it, but the chargers should slowly start to come online again.

In the meantime, if you need urgent charging, please use easee.cloud

We have received reports of Easee charging stations that have gone offline. We have escalated the issue to Easee.

In the meantime, please do the following:

1. Restart the charger via your Easee App. Wait 5 minutes, check if it comes online and try again.
2. Disconnect the electricity from the charge point (if you have the possibility to do this) - wait 2 minutes and reconnect it.

3a) If you own the charge point, charge in the meantime via easee.cloud
3b) If you do not own the charge point, please try to charge via another charging stand.

Try step 2 again after a few hours.

Mens wallet-saldierne genberegnes og vises som 0 i appen, vil det ikke være muligt at bruge wallet som betalingsmetode til opladning offentligt eller på betalte ladestandere.

Brug af kreditkort eller Apple Pay som betaling fungerer stadig efter hensigten.

Opladning derhjemme og på gratis ladestandere fungerer også stadig som normalt, og anbefales som workaround.

Vi arbejder på en løsning, der frigives hurtigst muligt. Vi beklager for ulejligheden.

While the wallet balances are recalculated and shown as 0 in the app, it will not be possible using wallet as payment method for charging in public or on paid charge points.

Using credit card or Apple Pay as payment still works as intended.

Charging at home and on free charge points also still works as per usual.

We're working on a fix to be released asap and apologise for the inconvenience.
